General Rules✦ By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.✦ I reserve the right to decline any request that I am uncomfortable drawing, without further discussion.✦ I will not draw NSFW, Hate Speech, Gore, Fetish, or anything offensive. Requests for these types of content will be declined without further discussion.✦ You may re-upload the commission, but must credit me!✦ You may receive 1-3 sketches (or WIPs) of your commission. It is encouraged that you ask for any edits at this point, as it will be easier to fix during this time.✦ If there is no response or payment within 3 days after being contacted, your slot may be forfeited.✦ Please have a reference picture(s) ready for your commission. While I can go off a description, references are much appreciated.✦ Please be ready to provide a clear and thorough description of any extra accessories or clothing for your commission to avoid any major edits later down the line, it saves time for both sides and money for you.✦ Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for-profit platforms or purposes). Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.Commercial Use / Personal Use Terms✦ "Commercial use" means any use of the artwork that is connected to a business, brand, or public project, whether or not it directly earns money or profit. This includes, but is not limited to:^{✧ Using the artwork in livestreams, videos, or social media content that promotes your brand or channel
✧ Adding the artwork to merchandise, advertisements, or other products for sale
✧ Using the artwork as part of any monetized or potentially monetized platform (Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Ko-Fi, etc.)}✦ Examples of Commercial Use (in relation to current commission options) includes, but is not limited to:^{✧ Artwork used in YouTube videos, TikToks, or other monetized/promotional content
✧ Channel banners, profile icons for public accounts
✧ PNGTuber / VTuber models, sprites, expressions, designs, etc.
✧ Stream overlays, alerts, “starting soon” screens
✧ Album covers, CD designs, book covers, or any graphic design intended for monetized/promotional use
✧ Merchandise designs (stickers, prints, shirts, keychains, etc.)}✦ "Non-commercial use", or also called "personal use", means personal enjoyment only, art that is not used to promote a business, service, or brand in any way.✦ Examples of Personal Use (in relation to current commission options) includes, but is not limited to:^{✧ Fanart of OCs or characters from other media
✧ OC or SONA (self-persona) character designs meant for yourself or friends
✧ Illustrations meant as gifts for friends, family, or others
✧ Custom Twitch/YouTube/Discord emotes, badges, stickers, etc.
✧ Art or PNGtubers used in a small, hobby stream for friends
✧ Profile pictures for private or casual accounts, like on Discord
✧ Social media posts of your commission for sharing, without promotional or monetized intent}⚠ Important:
✦ If artwork is initially commissioned for personal use but is later used commercially, you must obtain permission and pay the appropriate commercial usage fee.✦ Artist Discretion Clause:^{The distinction between personal and commercial use is ultimately determined at my discretion as the artist. I reserve the right to decide whether a project is personal or commercial based on its intended or actual use. Pricing may be adjusted before, during, or after the commission if the usage changes, is expanded, or was misrepresented at the time of ordering. If there's any uncertainty about the intended use, please discuss it with me beforehand.}Payment Method✦ I only accept payment through Kofi (USD), and through gifting Discord Nitro.
^{✧ (Some exceptions might be made, i.e. Steam games or Discord Decos.)}✦ Payment must be made upfront before work begins. Once payment is received, I will begin the commission.✦ Major edits (Recoloring, Background Changes, Facial Changes/Expressions, Poses, Extra Characters, etc.) will be a varying fee depending on complexity.✦ Your commission will be accepted and put into an available slot if I DM or email you and accept your request.✦ Tips are always appreciated but not necessary!Edit & Revision Pricing✦ First 2 revision rounds during the sketch/WIP phase, including 1 more revision afterwards are included in the base price. Additional feedback beyond this will incur fees.✦ Additional Revision Rounds: 25% of base commission price per round after the first 3 rounds.

^{✧ Tier 1 - Minor Adjustments (25% of base price): Small color tweaks, minor accessory changes, slight pose adjustments
✧ Tier 2 - Moderate Changes (50% of base price): Significant recoloring, facial expression changes, clothing modifications, background element changes
✧ Tier 3 - Major Revisions (75-100% of base price): Complete pose changes, full background replacements, adding extra characters, fundamental design changes
✧ Tier 4 - Reconstruction (Full base price): Complete artwork redo, major composition changes, style changes}✦ Rush Order Fees:
^{✧ 2 week notice: +50% of base price
✧ 1 week notice: +75% of base price
✧ Less than 1 week: +100% of base price (acceptance at my discretion)}Personal Use / Commercial PricingPersonal Use:
✦ Commissions intended for personal enjoyment, hobby streams, fanart, or any non-monetized use will be charged at the base prices listed on the commission sheet.Commercial Use:
✦ Commissions intended for business, branding, monetized content, merchandise, or any promotional use require additional fees.✦ Commercial pricing generally ranges from 1.5x to 3x (or more) the base price, depending on complexity and scope. Exact commercial pricing will be provided on a case-by-case basis.✦ Complex projects or licenses may incur higher fees.General Commercial Use Estimates:
✦ Small Business/Personal Brand (1.5x - 2x base price)
^{✧ Individual streamers, small YouTube channels (<10K subscribers), personal merchandise in limited quantities}✦ Medium Commercial (2.5x - 3x base price)
^{✧ Established businesses, larger content creators, professional merchandise lines, album covers, book covers}✦ Large Commercial (4x+ base price)
^{✧ Major brands, companies, non-exclusive/exclusive usage rights, mass production merchandise}✦ Usage Upgrade Fees (if use changes after commission):
^{✧ Personal to Small Commercial: +50% to 100% of original base price
✧ Personal to Medium Commercial: +150% to 200% of original base price

✦ Please clearly specify the intended use of the artwork when requesting a commission. This ensures accurate pricing and proper licensing. If the usage of the artwork changes after commissioning, please contact me to update the agreement and fees accordingly.Refunds / Deadlines / CancellationsClient Cancellation:
✦ You may cancel your commission at any time before I begin working on sketches or drafts and receive a full refund.✦ You may cancel after the sketch or WIP phase begins, with partial refund issued at my discretion.^{✧ If I am in the process of the sketch(es) or finished them and the client requests a refund, I will retain 25% to 50% of the amount paid.
✧ Refunds are issued at my discretion beyond the sketch phase.}✦ Once the final artwork is delivered, cancellations are no longer accepted.✦ Please notify me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.Artist Cancellation:
✦ In the rare event that I need to cancel your commission due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or workload), I will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payment made.✦ I'll try to complete commissions in a timely manner but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.✦ And I will do my best to communicate proactively if delays or cancellations are expected.No-Response Cancellation:
✦ If you do not respond to my requests for feedback or payment within 3 days after being contacted, your commission slot may be forfeited.✦ If no contact is made for a month, the commission will be canceled without refund.⚠ Important:
✦ Commissions may take up to a month or much more depending on the workload of my queue, the type of commission, life activities, health, or more. I may finish in a much shorter time, but I cannot guarantee that for everyone since I am a full-time student and other personal reasons.✦ If you have a specified due date (Birthday, Holiday, etc.), you must let me know at least two weeks ahead of time. Any date given less than two weeks may be accepted through my discretion and the type of commission being done.Usage of Art:I, the artist, retain and reserve all rights to any artwork created unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes the right to:✦ Promote myself for advertising purposes on any social media or portfolio.✦ Display and share the artwork publicly as examples of my art, unless you request otherwise before or when you receive the artwork.You, the commissioner, reserves the right to:✦ Enjoy, share, and display the artwork privately or on non-monetized platforms under a personal use license.✦ Use the artwork commercially only if a commercial license/fee has been agreed upon and paid.✦ Share and repost your commissioned artwork with proper credit to me, using the watermarked version(s), unless otherwise provided.
^{✧ Clean and/or transparent versions will usually be provided for you to enjoy.}✦ Claim rights to the character commissioned, but not anything original designed by me or the artwork itself, which remains my intellectual property.✦ Request that your artwork not be displayed publicly by me, provided this request is made before or upon delivery of the final piece.^{✧ The artwork you receive is licensed for your agreed use only (personal or commercial).
✧ If no use is specified, it defaults to personal use only unless otherwise agreed between us in a DM, email discussion, or otherwise recorded.
✧ Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution beyond the agreed license (including AI/ML training, NFTs, blockchain use, or commercial use without permission) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.}⚠ IMPORTANT NOTE ⚠
Any violation of the rules above could result in rejecting current and/or future commissions from you.
